Initial Health Period

Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of placement. We recommend a veterinary exam within 72 hours (3 days) of bringing your puppy home to confirm their health.

Congenital Health Coverage

We provide a guarantee against life-threatening congenital and hereditary defects for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of placement, confirmed by a licensed veterinarian.

What Happens If There's an Issue

In the event of a covered health condition, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value upon receipt of veterinary documentation confirming the diagnosis.

Written Agreement

Full guarantee details are provided in a written agreement at the time of reservation, so everything is clear and documented for both parties.
